Melbourne, Aug. 31 - Bono has emerged as the world's richest pop star after raking in nearly 1.5 billion dollar fortune from his Facebook shares.
The 'With or Without You' hit-maker had shelled-out 89.6 million US dollars to buy a 2.3 per cent share with his investment group Elevation Partners in 2009 and now his current share's worth is 1.5 billion US dollars, News. com. au reports
