Melbourne, March 15 - Justin Bieber's has got himself a new tattoo of Banksy's famous stencil of a young girl reaching for a heart-shaped balloon as it drifts off.
"Don't let you dreams float away," Bieber entitled his post.
However, the tattoo hasn't found apprecaition approval from the secretive artist, News. com. au reported.
